Touring circus stop · outskirts fairground, Aurangabad
Circus show: ₹10+ lakh profit in 21 days
Event profit from ~₹2.4L to ~₹10.2L in a 21-day window
A touring circus had a short city window and almost no digital push — only flex banners on a few junctions. Tickets sold slow in week one. We ran a 21-day digital blitz: Reels of acts (with permission), countdown creatives in Marathi, family combo offers, Meta traffic + conversion ads to a WhatsApp ticket desk, and Google search for “circus near me / Aurangabad circus.” Ground team got daily lead lists. By day 21, reported profit for the stop crossed ₹10 lakh (≈₹10.2L), up from roughly ₹2.4L the previous comparable city stop with almost no digital spend.
Where they were stuck
Short timeline. Cash for ads was limited. Many parents decide last minute. Offline-only team had never used Ads Manager.
What we did together
We sat with the manager on day 0, agreed a daily ad cap, filmed 12 short clips before sunset, launched that night. WhatsApp became the box office. Morning report: spend, tickets confirmed, which creatives to kill. Weekend boosts for family packs. No fancy website — speed mattered.
What changed
Queues returned on weekends. The manager’s favourite line: “Digital ne ground bharla.” Profit crossed the ten-lakh mark inside the 21-day run; they asked us to repeat the playbook in the next district.
In their words
“Banners alone were dying. Phone pe ticket, Reels pe crowd — that combination saved this stop. Clear daily report. No drama.”
