Massage & spa: from empty slots to a packed book
Monthly bookings from 38 to 112
A neighbourhood spa had skilled therapists but slow weekdays. Google Maps looked half-done, Instagram was random flower photos, and WhatsApp replies took hours. We rebuilt their Maps listing with real treatment photos, ran gentle Meta ads for couples’ massage and stress-relief packages, and set a same-day WhatsApp reply script for the front desk. In about four months, confirmed monthly bookings moved from ~38 to 112 — with Friday–Sunday often waitlisted.
Where they were stuck
Walk-ins depended on old customers. New people in the area did not know the spa existed. The owner was tired of posting “good morning” graphics that got three likes. Two therapists sat idle on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
What we did together
We spent a morning photographing rooms and therapists (with consent), fixed NAP details on Google, collected early reviews from happy clients, and launched small-budget Meta + Maps push around “massage near me” intent. Offers were honest — weekday discount before 5 pm, not fake 70% banners. Front desk got a simple WhatsApp flow: greet, ask preference, suggest slot, confirm.
What changed
Bookings more than doubled. The owner told us the biggest change was not “viral Reels” — it was that strangers started calling from Maps and finishing the booking on WhatsApp the same evening.
In their words
“Earlier I thought digital marketing means only dancing Reels. Here they fixed Google first, then ads. My girls stay busy on weekdays now. That matters more than follower count.”
